My “why” is simple—I want to give those leaders their time, focus, and peace of mind back. That commitment was forged during my time as Chief of Staff to 2x Super Bowl Champion and Hall of Famer Malcolm Jenkins, where I saw how the right support transforms both the leader and their legacy.
The double LL in Ellevated isn’t a typo — it’s intentional. ‘Elle’ means “she” in French, and it’s my nod to leading proudly as a woman-owned business.
As a strategist and connector, my superpower is seeing the big vision and the small details that make it real. I know how to connect the dots between people, systems, and ideas to create momentum.
